shall constitute terrorist crimes listed in Article 2, when they
applies any of the following circumstances: 1a
the offense is committed with the aim of producing
the population or a part of the
founded fear of being victims of crime
the same species, either by the nature and effects of media
employees, either by the evidence
which follows a premeditated plan to attack a
category or group of people.
be presumed that the purpose of producing
fear in the general population unless it is established
the contrary, because the crime was committed by explosives or incendiary devices

weapons of great destructive power, toxic, corrosive or
infectious or other that may cause great havoc

Article 2 .- shall constitute terrorist crimes,

person as hostage, and subtraction of
minors, punishable under Articles 141 and 142, the shipping
explosive effects of Article 403 bis;
the fire and destruction,
repressed in Articles 474, 475, 476 and 480 ;
offenses against public health items 313 d), 315 and 316, the derailment
referred to in Articles 323,
324, 325 and 326, all of the Penal Code.
If institutions operating in Chile, well, you try and apply the full force of the law against Mapuche people, or not incurred in establishing terrorism. If you assume that the law requires changes, we believe that legislation with a gun in the chest is not proper for a country that is said seriously.
