A) Personality classical

· Great ability to bond with peers / social sectors (also very stressed in almost all jobs)
· Great credit hours (highlighted in several works)

# Profession as a realization personal / responsibility / vocation.
# Profession, not as a vocation, but as an attempt to both monetary and social salvation.
B) Changes are being introduced:
· Mediation / conciliation.

· Monopolization by large studies, the independent counsel on the wane.
· A because of the technology the practice of the profession is becoming less personal.

· Imposition of a new executive stereotype (this is expressed as a positive in some studies and as negative in others).
C) positive and negative aspects to suit the new system:
Negatives: formal / structured (highlighted by the majority) - exhibitionism claim encyclopedic-media-times slow-labor intensive process that leaves little time for extra projects at work.
Strengths: Ability to adapt / Creativity - attitude of self-improvement / training-Solidarity in the link with the client still preserve ethical values.
