Hypothesis:
1) Luksic is right (owner of Channel 13).
2) The right has always wanted to privatize TVN, because it is easier to control in the private area, that a channel TVN counterweights.
3) If not TVN that is, No. 1 rated, and it would be wrong, and would be privatized.
